The back-office has administration functions relating to document production, financial controls, overdue items, trade accounts and cruise itinerary changes within the system. Functionality is accessed through More > Booking Administration. This section considers the items on the submenus Diary, Documentation and General before taking a look at other additional areas present on the Main menu.
