3 Active Enquiry Menu

This is available from the Enquiries bar when an enquiry is active. An enquiry becomes active when Set Active is selected in the enquiry list item on the Customer's Enquiries tab, or when Set as Active Enquiry is clicked in the Enquiry tab following an enquiry search.

The menu provides access to the following functions:

• Open in Sidebar
  The enquiry search details are displayed in a side panel on the right-hand side of the page.

• Full Enquiry Detail
  The full details of the enquiry are displayed.

• Add Note
  The side panel displays a facility to add a note to the enquiry.

• Callback
  The side panel provides a facility to add a callback for the enquiry.

• Leave Enquiry
  This allows you to deactivate the enquiry. It will no longer be visible in the Enquiry bar.

• Last 5 Quotes
  This displays the last five quotes made for the customer. You can click on the quote to view its details or click view all quotes to see full details of all quotes made to the customer.
